Jethi & Orma

Both Jethi and Orma, who are 18 and 15 years old respectively, had to drop out of school in seventh grade so they could collect water for their family. However, they are both really intelligent and enjoy studying and hope they can continue to pursue their education.

Now, thanks to the generous support of Steve Berezan and the Richa & Atul Aggarwal Foundation, Jethi and Orma’s family will receive a rainwater harvesting tank and training to set up a garden using the khadin method. As a result, their family will have a healthier diet, and Jethi and Orma will soon be attending school!
